we headed to a small waterfall at Kepong FRIM!!!

Morning Run Summary of the Week

Need to have a healthy lifestyle,

so I got to force myself to wake up every morning to have a short run!!!

But I failed on this week!!!

I only managed to wake up on Monday!!! =[

所以我答应自己必须早上早起去跑步！！！

但是很明显这个星期我是失败的！！！

因为我只有星期一，

也就是只有一天有做到！！！

Morning Jogging

Promise of what I have said yesterday,

I did wake up this morning to have a little run!!!

Luckily I still have my iPod touch as a backup plan!!!
