✈️1 ～ 本來是懶惰，但是還是以強迫症的心態跟著時間表走，誠實的說，我是沒有練完，我到20分鐘的時候已經開始拉伸舒緩了，因為很累。

Morning Run Summary of the Week

Need to have a healthy lifestyle,

so I got to force myself to wake up every morning to have a short run!!!

But I failed on this week!!!

I only managed to wake up on Monday!!! =[

要有一个健康的体魄就是有健康的生活，

所以我答应自己必须早上早起去跑步！！！

但是很明显这个星期我是失败的！！！

因为我只有星期一，

也就是只有一天有做到！！！
