我是一位不喜歡運動也根本不喜歡跑步的人，但是我卻總是想像自己是跑步的人，就是那種就一直想像自己想要成為的人，但一切一直都只是一個空想。 我即便有想過要開始過，但即使開始，我最多都只有三天的熱度。 不然就是以三天捕魚兩天曬網的態度，然後到了第六天，我就會開始想說跑步是明天的事，就這樣明天再明天，隨著歲數的增加，我一直夢想想要成為的人都沒有成為到，卻看著很多人生完小孩後，怎麼都可以怎麼瘦，而我自己卻一直胖胖地？ 雖然跑步不能講說一定可以減肥，但是我覺得只要有運動，就不會壞到哪裡去，所以我就這樣慢慢的跑起步啦！ 雖然看著自己的跑步時間和進度，真的沒有什麼很明顯的進步，但是我知道我是在前進的道路上。

I don't know how to swim, but I found it very fun to play in the swimming pool......and of course the first issue is the height of the pool must be below my height, if not if anything had happened to me and there will be no one there to help, hehe!!! Here's very quiet and relax, hope I'll have time to go there every weekend!! =]

我不会游泳，但是在游泳池浮下浮下，真的很好玩，当然首要条件是游泳池不可以太深，刚刚才能够那样玩，假如很深的话，溺水都不会有人知道，那样实在太玩不过去了！！ 又是另一种享受生活，可以放轻松，什么都不用管太多，偶尔转换一下环境也不错。。。

As what mentioned in the title,
I'm really,
the old means people who're older than me can play badminton for more than one hour but they don't need to take any rest,
old lady like me...
only played for 15minutes...I was already out of breath...
part of the reason maybe that's too much fat in my body!!! =[
Moreover, my friend's are very expert...
my badminton skill is like primary school standard...luckily I stopped early lol...
Back to the post yesterday...
My actual shoe size is size 3!!!
But sometimes I'll take size 4,
just have to wear thicker stocking lol!!! =]

就像题目说的我这个老太婆真的老了，
老了是指人家年龄比我大玩一个将近一个小时都不用休息，
我这个老人家玩十五分钟就一直气喘喘的汗流浹背。。。
不认老都不行。。。
或许可能是体内脂肪太多才这样。。。
还有还有，
我朋友叫来的这几个朋友还像很厉害，
除了因为很累十五分钟就停了，
还有我也不想让人看到我这种小学程度的技术。。。唉！！！
回到昨天说我的鞋号是几号，
正确来说是3号，
但是没有办法之下我还是会买4号，
唯有穿厚一点的袜子咯！！！
