Try to put your feet on other people shoes to understand what other people thought. It is certainly not easy to do so when we are middle of angriness. Therefore, to calm yourself is the first rule before put yourself on the thoughts of others.

印象最深刻的是換位思考,當人處於迷失的時候,要立即轉換思考是不容易,所以越煩躁,越要寧靜,讓自己安定下來,才能夠換位思考。 換位思考後,從對方角度出發,這樣也是騷動會少了些。
