【Baking|烘焙】 Agar-Agar | 燕菜糕拍一拍

這天是個衛塞節的公共假期(其實馬來西亞有一樣好的是有很多假期,好像贏一個球都可以放假那種,你看! 多麽輕而易舉啊!) 但話説回來這天因爲很久吃到媽媽做的燕菜糕了,所以擼了很久媽媽才答應做的

媽媽在家的小花園内就有種了斑蘭葉,所以也不用到處去找,而且媽媽每次都把攪完了的蔬菜蘋果汁的殘渣埋在這裏,所以它們都生長得非常肥沃。

其實步驟也沒有很跟足,所以我沒有排列出來,因爲到了後面等第一層干的時候,我就跑掉了,等我回來的時候,媽媽就已經差不多做好了。 首先把斑蘭葉從泥堆里拔出來,清洗一番再壓碎它。

然後再過濾一番,除去殘渣剩下斑蘭的汁(其實這個還真的蠻難按出汁來的,因爲我家沒有傳統正中那種壓碎砂鍋,所以這是用匙羹壓出來的 o.O)

弄好了斑蘭口味,媽媽問要不要美祿口味的,喜愛美祿口味的我,怎麽可能拒絕這個,所以趕緊拿來了美祿鐵罐,將準備一切妥當。。。

滾開來的普通燕菜口味就可以倒進盤子内,要慢慢的,而且過濾網要放很低,以防會有泡泡出現在表面,不然待會的效果就會不好看了。。。

當然漿料不會直接自己完全流完,而是會遺留一些殘渣在過濾網内,所以就必須有舀子將它按一按,將殘渣可以用到極限(不要浪費嘛!)

即時有泡泡都沒有關係,可以用湯匙將泡泡拿起,不過這個葯很考耐性和眼力,除非是不要求完美,不然其實幾粒泡泡,其實也不算什麽,只是沒有美觀罷了=.=!

由於弄了第一層后,我就跑掉了 =.=! 因爲要等第一層干了,才可以上第二層的斑蘭,但也就因爲這樣而導致我自己錯過了第二層的製作過程(我還真的很常三分鐘熱度和愛一心多用)

同樣的步驟用在美祿口味的身上,但看來美祿口味的,比較凝固得多,有點難將殘渣過濾成液體的。 哦!對了,我媽媽有另做一盤是專美祿口味的,這個實在太適合我了,而且我是比較喜歡吃這個哦!

雖然上一張圖片隱約可以看到很多泡泡,但是用湯匙去除泡泡法,這樣就真的沒有泡泡了,一切就緒,可以把它拿進去等待它晾乾了。

看了美祿口味的后。。。我又跑掉了,所以還是陸續錯過接下來的製作,但是中間那部分不知道爲什麽會失敗(媽媽好像有解釋,不過我好像忘記了嘢!)

不過沒關係啦,還好我有拍到成品,一個失敗的和一個成功的放在一起,成功地真的很美。。。至於那個失敗的,我就把它當藝術來看吧! o.O!!

  2. long time I have not had agar-agar at home already, haha!! even if I am going to make it at home, also just one single flavor, lazy to make the different layers of different flavors.. pandan and milo, that's an interesting combination, haha!! I would have go for pandan and santan, or milo and coffee instead.. :p

  3. Waseh, so "yau sum gei"... Long time no eat this kinda layered agar-agar already.. I just make Ribena popsicles, haha, lazy mum..
