Believe that nowadays a lot of people including me as well, always like to multitasking like blogging while watching TV, working and blogging, driving and texting(not me)......
Always wondering how can I finish a lot of tasks at once, have been read from a lot of articles suggest that the best way is to do is to just focus on a task!!! But I always like to multitasking expect if I work in multitasking and I'll finish a lot of tasks in very short periods!!! After been so long trying, I realized it doesn't work that well, then I figured out that if I just focus on a task and set it to finish within the goal timing and it turns out quite well duh!!!
How about you, would you prefer Focus on a task or Multitasking???

是否曾经怀疑我们应该专注于完成一件事还是一心多用？？？ 相信很多人都很想在最短的时间完成最多事，所以时常都一心多用，例如一边写部落格，一边看电视；一边写部落格，一边工作；一边驾车，一边看手机（这不是我）。。。
每次我都自认自己是一个非常不会分配时间的人，所以时常都找很多方式让自己在最短的时间完全最多的事，而最常看见的建议就是每次只专注一件事而我自己是蛮喜欢一心多用的，以为这样可以完成更多事，但似乎没有什么效率，反而在设定好要完成的时间内只是专心完成一件事这样会比较有效率，然后再做下一件事。。。
不知道平时忙碌生活的你们比较善于喜欢那一种方法完成事情呢？？？
i definitely cannot multitask. i can only do 1 thing at a time.

DeleteHi there! I am a multi tasker. Just need to do few things at a time. I know not a good habit, but I have been doing it for so long. Of course not driving and texting at same time. That is a big no-no.

DeleteHaha, I'm laughing at the word "unused brain juice".. Of course I like to focus on 1 task at work, less hassle ma.. But at home, have to multitask.. One hand cooking, another hand washing utensils, then mouth keeps shouting at the kid and nagging the hubby, then legs (and toes) have to operate the washing machine, etc.. Hahahaha

DeleteI can multitask but like you say it is not that effective. Full focus is better but no need to fully focus to watch drama tv series so can multitask while watching tv can read blogs, hahaha.

DeleteJack of all trades, master of none OR one man cannot serve two masters. Concentrate on one and get it well done or do many at a time...and be happy with something that is passable.

DeleteNow, I'd prefer to multitask, cause I am a busy woman, haha! Have to look after and attend to Aden, as well we my hubby. So multitasking is sure a better option, save times!

Deleteerrr, i think everyone also can multitask lah, but the problem is, how well can you manage your time and also prioritize the tasks?? multitask but if there is no efficiency and effectiveness, one most probably will not be able to complete the tasks and achieve the results expected.. multitask may be a good option if the tasks are related, but i guess if they are not related, better to get them completed serially..

ReplyDelete驾车时我会专心驾车，睡觉时我专注睡觉不想东想西。。。吃饭时倒可以边吃边看电视，看部落格时可以边看边喝咖啡。。。哈哈哈
你真是悠闲啊，可以一边喝咖啡一边看部落格!!!
Delete我也算是一心多用的人。平常看连续剧也会一边看面子书，一边吃饭也一定会看戏。需要争取更多的时间来追连续剧。呵呵!!~
