Back to my Hong Kong travelogue, don't you miss it?? Yea, I know I should write more about this, I've been to many place in Hong Kong. But even so I still like to go there, for me Hong Kong always have lot of places to explore.
***************************************************************************
✈1 |
My first time was too long and not just you, I'm so glad that I get to write my second day too!! So where's my second day destination?? Try somewhere far away, somewhere tourists would never go...
***************************************************************************
✈2 |
So flip through my travel book, I saw this, the wishing tree, where I always see in TVB drama but never been there before. Thus let's give a try to checkout this place.
***************************************************************************
✈3 |
I was staying at Causeway Bay, from Causeway Bay MRT Station to Admiralty Station then change from Blue Line to Red Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station. From Tsim Sha Tsui to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, the Purple Line to the last station Hung Hom Station then the last is change to Light Blue line to Tai Po Market Station....(very complicated, right?? I know, because it's off city places)
***************************************************************************
✈4 |
Hung Hom Station is the last station on the purple and light blue line. The purple line is towards Tuen Mun Station, which is where I came from. As to the Tai Po Market Station, it has to take the light blue line which is towards Lo Wu Station or Lok Ma Chau Station.
***************************************************************************
✈5 |
Can't imagine how detailed I was on the first few days. Yea, something like this details, you won't find it more in the posts later. So trust me, it's never too much to take as many pictures as you like before you forgot.
***************************************************************************
✈6 |
One of the reason that makes me like Hong Kong so much is their transportation, it's very convenient for anyone to reach anywhere (which also can explained most of my money was spend over here)
***************************************************************************
According to the travelogue book, my destination can reach by Kowloon Bus 64K, 65K and New Territories Mini Bus 25K. Follow the bus line name and look for the gate to exit. Got it! The one shown here is A3.
***************************************************************************
✈8 |
From the exit map of the train station to look for the A3 exit. Good to have a picture with you too, in case you get lost, at least you've something with you to ask around.
***************************************************************************
✈9 |
Other from the big noticed board, here's the other one shown that there's another bus 64P is going there too. But since it was my first time there, better not take any risk, follow the easy path.
***************************************************************************
✈10 |
This is a very off city station, from the station to the exit has to walk through some sort of very quiet tunnel like this. Then I started to recall back those Hong Kong dramas always like to take some rape or abducted scenes here (Back days I always like to complain why those girls like to walk in this kind of quiet place but not at those public and crowded places. Suddenly I felt like I was so stupid last time......)
***************************************************************************
✈11 |
Finally arrived at the bus station, felt a bit safe now and a few people were waiting in line in front of me, seems like I was just thinking and imagining too much. Don't have to wait long and the bus is here fast and leave fast, I wasn't enough to settle myself and the bus has already left.
***************************************************************************
✈12 |
In the beginning of my trip, I always choose to sit in front, because I like to take more and clear pictures. These kind of bamboos here reminds of those Hong Kong movie and drama, polices always like to chase the thieves or whatever bad guys here, then in the end the bamboo can't support the weight and they fell, but always fell safely on ground......
***************************************************************************
✈13 |
Here we go!! My first day always full of excited and full of adventures. Many said that I'm very brave to travel alone, to be honest, I'm very scared too, just that I start my first step and go with the flow, actually it's not that scared and not much to worries.
***************************************************************************
✈14 |
✈15 |
Finally arrived!! It's a very quiet place and I was the only one get down from bus. Glad that those places I went weren't many people around so I can any picture freely but how about I gone missing?? Is there anybody realized?????
***************************************************************************
Hmm, here is the place, I'm right......but why it doesn't look like the one shown in the book?? I was so imagining like those I can throw my wishes with the orange up to tree......back to study the book, it was well written there, the tree finally couldn't support the weight so they decided to close it down.
***************************************************************************
Thus in order to stop the damaging done to the tree, they came out this idea that hang it on the banner instead. Hmm......but this one seems like have losing the actual meaning of the wishing tree, don't you feel like that?? Just like nowadays, people hardly light up the actual candle for praying instead replace it with the electrical candle.
***************************************************************************
✈18 |
Even so, since I was there, not to bother so much and do what I came here for. Bought this from the lady that in charged over there. Flashback to my childhood memories, I remember I've been to Guangzhou once, and they've a similar wishing tree like this, but that one I truly can throw the orange on to the tree. But by now, everything just can become memory in heart.
***************************************************************************
✈19 |
In the end I still didn't get the chances to hang it myself but the lady did. She said after written everything, just pass it to her, that's all.....Next will be continued with I had my breakfast around here and still much to see around besides this.
***************************************************************************
