✈️1 ～ 遇到不繳電費的租客，應該怎麼辦？？ 這天趁新的租客還未來之前，去檢查郵箱，還真的痛心，之前以為只有電費不還，原來水費也是一樣。

✈️2 ～ 我之前電費就是一直收到紅單，之前都收兩張了，這是第三張，還好這租客已經搬走了。 所以遇到不繳水電單的租客了。
